“In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was wonderful! Kept us fueled for hours! The room and bathroom were immaculately clean! Lots of close eating options. ”

“Front desk manager manually entered my card number which I thought was sketchy. Pool wasn't open. Refrigerator made a consistent rattling noise. Bathroom caulk was black. Carpets were stained. They could do better.”

“The room was quaint and comfortable. The amenities were exactly what I needed; coffee maker, fridge, a small table and chair, plus a desk. The staff was friendly and let me know that my room was ready early, which was great since i flew in on a red eye in the morning. There were plenty of towels, good shower temp and water pressure, and comfy bed with an extra blanket. Also, the heat was working well, which was essential for January. The only complaint I have is that the bed frame was bigger...

“Terrible hotel stay. I requested a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. The ceiling was falling apart, there was mold, and the room was filthy. The towel was disgusting — I didn’t notice until the smell hit me, and when I fully opened it, it had horrible stains. Using it gave me a rash. The general manager hid and refused to speak with me. Completely unsafe, unhygienic, and unacceptable. I will never stay here again.”

“We had a great stay...staff was very friendly and efficient..room had fun deco...nice touch welcoming me by name on the television screen!...enjoyed the scent of the shampoos in the shower!! Thanks!”

“The bathroom hat had a little spilled soap in the tub that I had to clean. Beneath the bed, there were large wood splinter pieces They required that I provide a physical credit card as opposed to a digital card in case of overages, which was inconvenient since I’m mostly digital. I checked in very late, but they could only accommodate me for 30 minutes over checkout time. Not the best value for the buck. I’ll tell more like a 2 1/2 to 2 star.”

“Struttura a dieci minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto, ma a tre quarti d'ora di autobus da downtown, comunque la fermata è proprio di fronte all'hotel, personale gentile, colazione buona, stanze ottime”

“The ice machine was out of order when we were there. Our heater broke but then they brought us a heater very fast. The spas needs a little TLC but other then that it's what you pay. It's a nice little cheap hotel it was our second time there. We will more and likey be back. ”
